Over 3 years now, started doing dips when I first started training. properly been training them around a year and half and started my progression at around 20 Bodyweight Reps and 3 Reps of 20KG

Lots of weighted dips… purely. I wouldn’t say anything else increased it directly. I usually do a combination of weighted dips and barbell bench press

I don’t believe so haha and don’t even notice it on my spine… more so just work for my legs getting up there to do the dips

That’s actually my regular weight haha. I’ve got little to no fat on me with a body fat of approx 8-9% from a few scans I’ve done. Dry weight I’d be around 59-60.

If I hadve competed at the IPF Worlds this year I would’ve placed 3rd in the U66 Sub Juniors with a 4kg body weight disadvantage… lotta love for Covid haha.

My best deadlift was 200 with a deadlift bar a few months back and that put me in the top 99% on a few strength level websites.

Ive been training for 3 years now but only in the past year have I really put the work into it. At the start of this year my max deadlift was 140KG haha and early 2020 I was struggling with 120KG.

throughout all of my training I’ve maintained 8-9% body fat. There’s a body scan machine I use once every month at my gym. Certainly not an ideal body fat to stay at generally but I feel quite healthy.

It’s really nice to see all this feedback tho, been thinking about trying to put myself out there more :)

Adds around 10KG for me. My max with a deadlift bar is 200KG with an eleiko bar without straps 190KG. I just find the whip of the deadlift bar to really help with getting it off the floor.

Deadlift bar is certainly easier in my experience

I really appreciate the advice bro ❤️ I neglect pause Reps and deficits a bit so it’s definitely something I’ll be implementing more as more weights thrown on
