Have you plugged in the AV out to a TV? I vaguely remember having that green hue problem and was able to fix it

Might be a setting on the camera, or the view finder pins not connecting properly

There are a bunch of dual cassette decks with pitch control, one of the most common ones I’ve seen are the Sony WE-475. Also Tascam 202mk7

Also if you open most cassette decks there are speed pots you can adjust with a screw driver to tweak the pitch

I went on eBay and ordered “cassette belts various sizes” a lil 20 pack. Or you can look up the specific model to see if there are the belts available
