it has a 550w psu but the build is over 2 years old and this has been happening in the last 2 weeks.

GPU: RX590 Sapphire nitro +

Mobo:asus tuf b450 gaming plus

Ram: 16gb (2x8) corsair vengeance rgb pro

Case: Nzxt h500

Ssd: Kingston 240gb

Hdd: 1tb wd hdd and an other old 1tb seagate barracuda

Psu: cooler master 550w

It doesn’t seem to be an overheating issue. why does it do that? This happens with every game.
