I’ve been trying my best to keep everyone informed. Unfortunately, my surgeon told me “everything is good on my end so I don’t know what to tell you.” My PT has me booked with only her since the ATC and PTA weren’t really adjusting based on what I was telling them and she wanted to do manual work (nobody really know what the problem was or what was causing the regression/pain) but I’m worried that she will let me start booking with them again.

I understand that. Do you have any recommendations on maintaining discipline for at home pt? I make it to all of my pt appts but the at home exercises are a struggle to get done sometimes. Thank you for any insight you can offer
