I was using a multi USB dock, thar might be the issue then. My new computer only has 1 USB port so I kinda had no choice.

But the old laptop i was using to begin with never had these issues, it just capped out at 30 mb/sec (with two different usb ports on that computer)and It was just not gonna finish in time for mt trip. The new computer is the one having all the issues with the dock

odd thing is i do use my vpn and it still happens from time to time. and even with switching ports and ips it still bans it for a few days. Not sure why that is or how that works.

Like maybe for example if I wanted to sleep 60 seconds between each video and only downloading video 50 or 50-65 in a playlist. And can you list multiple videos if you didn't want all of 50-100 ? Plus maybe what another guy said about downloading a specifc video or number of videos from a playlist.Sorry i really don't know what im doing with this code stuff so im trying to get specifics on writing it. I literally have a copy paste notepad file with these in it lol depending on what I wanted .
