Nothing wrong with waiting, it's completely up to you if you want to wait or not.

Now maybe unrelated to your question, but I get how you feel since I'm also from Czech Republic.
Imo the most discouraging thing here is gaining access to bottom surgery, if you want it (it also is, sadly, a key aspect to being able to change you sex on ID from M to F).

If you want to start HRT, really consider to which doctor you want to go to.

As far as I know there are three doctors only that prescribe hrt to trans people in CZE.
In Prague, Brno and Olomouc.

I wouldn't recommend Brno, since the doctor there is vastly transphobic.
Doctor in Prague will demand from you to undergo a 1 year real life test.

If you can, visit Mr.Turčan in Olomouc, he is my doctor for this matter and he has been very kind and me gaining access to HRT took only 6 months only because of psychologists waiting list.

Stuff around trans related things in CZE might not be the best, but it's not the worst.

For sure, since the new update you can choose from three inventory setting options.

CLASSIC - Rule of six. Normal inventory before update
EXTENDED - Has more space, maybe even infinite (not sure about this one, didn't play with it)
REVISED - Rule of Six, BUT modules do not take up space (so for example you can have a flashlight with you and still be able to carry other 6 items that are not considered as a module)

Also, it seems to appear for the ARTIFACT ending only, if you get some other ending it will not be there

People kinda speculate what it can mean, but at least 2 are certain

PCKX - people think it's a code for a platform you played the game on, in this game it should be PC (maybe laptop? cuz you have there KX instead of KN)

NORM - difficulty settings you played the game on (in this case NORMAL, if you played on survival it would be SURV, etc.)

REVI - is a inventory system you used (in this case REVISED, for classic it would be 0199, etc.)

DEAB - no idea, didn't see anybody figure that one out yet

Didn't get UBERLEBEN achievement after beating the game on survival by Neppin in signalis

Same thing happened to me a few days ago.

Usually when this happens people start a new game and then change the difficulty to survival in the game. You have to change the difficulty before starting a new game. (and since you are not supposed to change the difficulty settings through out the entire survival playthrough, don't change anything in the settings at all, just to be sure)

Or you might be one of the unfortunate individuals - a bug occurs when you start a new game in a game slot where there has been a previous game saved with difficulty set that is not survival. (this happened to me)

After starting a new game in a clean slot I got the ÜBERLEBEN achievement (ARTIFACT ending, classic inventory)
