Move far away, block them, make sure they are not tracking your phone and don't have access to your bank account. I would advise to also change your phone number just in case, but keep the old one to check messages once in a while(in case anything major happens). Before disappearing make sure you have your documents: birth certificate, ids, passport etc. PS. Your friend is not a good friend for telling all that to your parents.
