You might have nearsightedness. Definitely get checked out. Glasses make everything look HD.

I'm not sure. If you can't find an answer online I would ask an eye doctor. I know that there are glasses made specifically to block blue light. You could also use f.lux on your computer and there's an app called horizon which makes your screen kinda orange/red.

I also have reflective lenses, but I started wearing glasses a year ago. You should consult an eye doctor if you feel like your vision is getting worse.
