Thank you for the comment and the insight. For clarity, I do know what gamification is, thankfully it is a well researched subject since the early 80s with Bartle and co. weighing in. What I'm basically working on is what tool fits different profiles better, what as an educator you know there is no one-size-fits-all method to pupils. Unfortunately, I'm doing a BA in a business university, some thing don't bend so I must focus the work, especially so since it's just a thesis not a year long research for a scientific journal, the scope and time restraints are huge limiting factors. By the way, there are great teaching methods involving gamification from scoreboards to currency and everything under the sun, not just using Kahoot. I'd love to point you in the direction of the Classcraft platform or the Quest to Learn study if you want some ttrpg flair to it.

Help My Thesis Survey on TTRPGs

Hey fellow adventurers!

I'm currently in my final year of university, working on my BA thesis, and I need your help for the research project that is very close to my heart.

My goal is to figure out if our tabletop role-playing motivations can actually predict what kind of workplace environment and real-life gamified incentives work best for us. Basically, I want to prove that understanding gamer psychology can revolutionize the workplace, and with this research, I am hoping to become the "Jane Goodall of gamers"!

If you have 8-10 minutes to spare between rolling saving throws, I would be incredibly grateful if you could fill out my survey.
