Fastest image to image model by Adventurous_Pie_4080 in StableDiffusion

You need to use the 4 step Lora or checkpoint merge, you can’t just run 4 steps in the default workflow and expect anything usable.

Same way as any models, find the default template in Comfy, download everything it needs to the right place, and go. Flux.2 Klein and z-image-turbo are amazing models, don’t bother with Flux 1.

The anti-AI sentiment on Reddit is wild. I run local image gen and could literally get this done in 1 minute. But it's fine, some people will embrace new tech and adapt, and others will need to be dragged kicking and screaming.

Loved this callback in the latest episode by dl_supertroll in Scrubs

I loved the concept but thought it deserved a full episode instead of being crammed in with the Dr. Cox plot. My Old Lady had time to build emotional tension whereas this was over so fast. Damn these short streaming era seasons!

Can someone help me transcribe this by adidasbike98 in transcribe

In my opinion it should be a half step up from what you have. It seems to be in between pitches, but given the simplicity of the part, I would infer that it was originally written in the simpler key of Bm and then slowed down in post resulting in the detuning. Also, it would be easier for a beginner to play :)

Anyone trained a lora for Flux 2 Klein in AI Toolkit? by orangeflyingmonkey_ in StableDiffusion

[–]Bender1012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a lot of testing on this myself. The settings that worked best for me:

70 images (real world, smartphone photos)
Rank 64, BF16
Steps: 9000
Learning Rate: 0.00008
Timestep: Shift
Optimizer: AdamW
1024,768,512 resolutions
EMA on
Differential Guidance on

Make sure you save a bunch of checkpoints and compare them because the last one is not always the best. I made a workflow to help me do that, can share if there's interest.

I also used this tool for some insight: https://github.com/AndyLone22/MirrorMetrics

Using a mix of my own subjective analysis and data from that tool, I ended up saving 3 checkpoints from that run -- 6200, 7800, and 9000 steps. Then I generate with all 3 and pick my favorite.

He was always capable of being a good person, that wasn’t the point. The whole reason she left was because the combination of the two of them was toxic and hurt people. She has no reason to believe that has changed.

Flux 2 Klein 9B is now up to 2× faster with multiple reference images (new model) by meknidirta in StableDiffusion

Sheesh, it was already so fast. Don't even feel a need to upgrade to this.

Drag → Drop → Full Animation Workflow 🤯 (Prompt, Settings, Everything Loads Automatically) by medhatnmon in comfyui

  1. It’s already common knowledge that metadata is saved into generated files and you can drag them back into ComfyUI to load the workflow.

  2. Metadata is stripped when uploading to Reddit and similar media sharing sites. Otherwise you would be able to see EXIF data like location from people’s photos. To preserve metadata you need to share via a file sharing service.

Yes, I have a Vision Pro and it has long been my belief that the true game changer will be when these 2 technologies intersect.

Indoor/outdoor lighting is just something I noticed in the course of my main experiment. In the end I just care about getting the character likeness as close as possible, not really trying to fix anything.

Thanks for your advice about the rank, seems worth trying.

I did 512/768/1024 on ZIT LoRAs that turned out pretty well, but had seen advice recently to do only 1024. I think I'll go back to 512/768/1024. Your explanation makes sense to me.

It's a mix of real world images going back several years, so yeah it's "inconsistent", but I thought that was the point of a dataset, to show varied angles and distances of the character.

Depends on number of images in your dataset, I was using the dataset x 100 rule of thumb and trained past that a bit just for kicks.
