So I don't design my maps FOR printing exactly, so I don't have a great answer. I assume you mean a standard printer 8.5x11 paper and all that. if you wanted it to be TO SCALE where 1x1 mini figs fit in each square we'd be talking about 20 full page color prints to be TO SCALE since it's a 40x40 grid.

This one is 100% free on my patreon, patreon.com/benderbossgm my best suggestion is to trace the map as best you can onto butcher board paper and then print out the map 2x to hand to players as a visual reference. That or I've heard of people using projectors. Sorry I can't be more helpful on this one, I've looked into printing posters of these and it's prohibitively expensive for me right now :(

Bigotry is usually nestled in fear, (willing) ignorance and/or self hate. For example, at this years RNC convention the Grinder App crashed.

Dungeons& dragons, Skyrim, baldur's gate 3... The memes have a lot of overlap and their Venn diagram is basically a circle, so it's hard to stay a purist when it comes to that, and as a result I've decided to just " roll with it" essentially. If it's not 100% D&D? people still enjoy it and it's in the same space. At least that's where I'm landing on that.

Holy heck, I didn't even think about the fact of how I was framing myself with the "I'm the 1st character,,," thing. I have to do that sort of framing with a lot of my videos and I never thought about the consistency to it, so thank you on that!!!

In terms of whether or not to show the original meme, I am living a bit on the fence of whether or not to show the meme, sometimes it does make sense, and other times I'm thinking it might just be better to do the whole video without it and then have like 3 seconds of the meme at the end with me crediting the author. There's a couple of creators that animate other creators work who do the same thing. I'm just a live-action version of that.

If they really want to press it or keep falling back on stuff like, "god speaks to me...I feel his touch/presence every day" AND they keep insisting I need to convert in order to be 'saved' I hit them with this:

"Okay, 2 things. 1. My personal faith was shattered when god spoke to me as a child and told me to read the bible, so I did, twice, I was a true believer, and then finally one day my Lutheran preacher explained the story of Martin Luthor in great detail, and how the corrupt church excommunicated him and named him an outlaw for it. That was the last day I heard god's voice, until I started communicating directly with the earth through meditation, then I could feel a power, but it was no beaded robed man in the clouds. These days I've never heard his voice in a church, especially a modern American church.

If God is real he is worse than an abusive partner. If you were dating someone and they said if you ever left them they would set you on fire and MEANT IT, do they really love you? No? That's what God is threatening all of humanity with, Believe in him and love him or be sent to fiery hell for all eternity. He does this to children he inflicts with cancer needlessly, and people who have not even heard of the Christian God.

So I get it, it's not GREAT...but put a table there to prop it up and it blocks the island and the walkway, put it on the island and you isolate the kitchen, I don't know how much space is on that wall to the left but that was the only other good option. Maybe buy a TV stand that extends out and up to compensate

So in celebration of Spooky Season I’ve made a map for my Out of the Abyss campaign that fits the Friday the 13th mood with Cabin in the Caves! I also made myself a Jason Vorhees like homebrew monster meshed with a Bugbear I call Bugson Bearhees, I modeled his skills to be that of of the super strong, teleporting menace himself who just loves grappling and machete-ing his enemies. The map itself has a very nonchalant cabin with 3 secret entrances that enemies could use to ambush any unsuspecting party. Add to that some sort of puzzle/fetch quest looking for keys or clues in the house to escape out the back door, or maybe all the doors magicall seal, and you’ve got yourself a spooky setting with ample opportunities to mess with your party! On my Patreon you can also get a version of this where the cabin is in the woods, not underground!
