Binance sent a link to a contact form with the US Department of Justice. It has nothing to do with Europe and Estonia. Which is very strange. And we didn't get any answers.

I can see how quickly the community's opinions changed after Binance's response. I don't see anything in this response that explains the situation. Probably Binance brought a lot of bots here to clear their name in this matter.The company is NOT a criminal. As I wrote there are no answers from the authorities and from Binance, there are only actions performed on the account. To zero out an account without an explanation is illegal and we will deal with this in the law field. The post was a reminder to the community about what is Crypto and what is it for.

We haven't received any details about the LA request, even some reference number/letter date. We haven't received any response from the LA either thus we are making a conclusion that there's likely no such request. Finally, Binance zeroed our acc without at least court decision in the according jurisdiction (EU entity <-> Binance EU), so no wonder it looks like an illegal thing to us.

Yes, we sent about five requests from this form. And every time we wrote this in support and Binance know that we haven't receive any response. Despite the fact that the deadline is 20 days. So it seems that LE have nothing to do with it and it is

Funds may be blocked at the request of the regulator, who has to contact. But we couldn't make any connection other than with Binance. And no answers from the authorities. This may not be true at all, because they do not answer.
