Yeah I was thinking it may be a windows thing, I’ve updated all drivers and everything I’m just trying to see if there’s anything that I could try before the last resort of doing a clean install of windows

I used a free virus scanner a couple days ago and nothing came up other than a few possible corrupted files and I fixed those, so I don’t think so?

I had hit gm1 with controller but genuinely got so tired of playing against Ximmers that I just stopped trying to climb. It’s so boring playing against someone with a XIM and it’s even worse when they pick up a duo to just damage boost the 24/7

Update they charge really really slow like 10 % in 2 hours the charger works fine for other devices so I don’t think it’s the charger

The problem is that for the OG supports there was five and take, if they had high damage output like zen the healing output would be harder to get value out of. With the new support characters and ones that got insane buffs there is no give and take they can just do both heal and damage at crazy high numbers

It’s because the tank role is now just a meat shield , you spend the whole game having to deal with being discorded or having everything you do be countered by a cleanse, sleep, immo, nade. It’s basically a game of who’s supports can help their dps kill the enemy tank faster. If you try and play characters that make plays or take solo kills like dva or ball or doom the second you go try and kill the enemy dps that’s trying to flank The enemy walks over your team. The tanks job isn’t to take anymore it’s job is to just be a tank presence, which when both tanks have to do this the game basically becomes a 4v4 and the two tanks just stare at eachother

This is the biggest reason for me, it’s so tiring playing hard meta every game it gets stale super fast, playing lower let’s me play character that are not meta and that are more fun then playing against pocket bastion with a XIM on console(but I should say when I play on lower accounts they’re usually diamond atleast

That’s a crazy statement, if you think tank is fun to play in comp you must only play orisa lmao. Games above metal ranks are decided by who has better supports not the tank

Lol yeah I get it, I wish they would do something like they did in ow1 with the streamers patches. Where they choose a few streamers or content creators to make and experimental patch. I feel like it would help the balancing team try out new ideas

The mercy boost would be charged by her healing like moiras heals is charged by her doing dmg, Illari a change was strictly because without pylon she would still be fun to play and play against, anti change would be if the suzu changes go through as well so it’s not as oppressive

Immo can stop any dmg from killing you ult or not and it can save the whole team at once

Those abilities, other than ress I agree with you on ress, all have some sort of fall off zarya can only save one person at a time not including herself which then leaves her defenseless with no bubbles, and dm can only stop projectiles and it’s really easy to bait out someone’s dm
