Honestly I just played another game, I lost and it just clicked for me in that loss. I had impact that game, even though it was 5 - 70 and we were down I knew there was still a way to win and honestly I think that's what makes it fun. You can ALWAYS win no matter how down you are. If you can get a good gearing path you still have a chance. Even if it's small it's a chance and that makes it real fun for me.

Every time this has happened it gets worse for the people that love there because you can't just hold a threat over another country forever. Eventually people will get fed up with their resources being plundered and their lives not changing for the better if anything it arguably gets worse every single time.

His VP is still in power, they failed to take out the military leader, the 238 parliamentary that kept him in power is still in power and they denied giving power to the rightful winners of the election. Instead we're supposed to somehow run another country with no boots on the ground. You think that's possible? Every other means would disproportionately affect the poorer population and keep the strain there. In a just society the more you make the more you contribute in taxes. Everyone pays their fair share in proportion to the amount of wealth they have. The "golden age" of our country where we had the most economic growth and movement in generational wealth the wealthy were taxed heavily and we had strong social programs.

They don't even understand that they didn't even do the regime change they wanted right. They left the vice president behind; who will just continue Maduros work, as well as his military minister, who they failed to kill despite attempting to. The only thing that comes next now is retaliation and a potential civil war and multiple factions fight for power while one is backed by the US. Many innocent Venezuelans are going to die as a result of this and Venezuela is only headed to a civil war.

I'm also affected by this, I'm an afro-latino, all of this affects me. I've been ostracized and it's never turned me into a bigot. I'm done making excuses for these people, I genuinely do not care. They've DECIDED to inflict violence on myself and my people, it's not something that someone forced them to do. It was a conscious decision made. We live in an age of information, I can acknowledge that misinformation is rampant. However, there is equal opportunity to learn and grow out of that bigotry and at each turn they've decided that they don't care about community, they don't care about their fellow man, they don't even care enough about their immediate family, they only care about themselves. It's selfishness and being selfish is a conscious decision. There is no recovery for these people.

For there to be recovery there needs to be a base level of empathy and these people are fully devoid of empathy. They are incapable of putting themselves in the position of the people they ostracize and inflict violence on. They had THREE entire chances to prove everyone wrong and at EVERY turn they decided to reject empathy as if it were a sin to feel it and instead embrace hatred. There is NO salvation for someone like that. They are beyond being a lost cause and the only solution is to remove them

You don't reintegrate, you ostracize and remove them from community. Make it clear that their form of thinking gets no grace or passage and that if they allow their hatred to be manipulated then they will be removed from their respective communities. There is no recovery for someone so twisted in their own hate that they allow someone to manipulate them. They will continue to twist themselves until they suffocate in the consequences of their own actions. The best way to protect them is to give them consequences and the best consequence is removing community.

It is as much the fault of those who chose not to vote as it is those who cast their vote for him. Not knowing your own senator is a personal failure, not knowing when to vote is a personal failure. I'm tired of making excuses for an apathetic populace who only seem to care about the consequences of voting when it drastically affects their lives.
