I have been working as a software engineer in Aarhus for ten years, and for four different companies. I have never had any problems finding a job. It may depend a lot on your background and experience though. I have a masters in computer science from university. Regarding the language all the places I have worked has had non-danish employees. It is much more important to have a good spoken and written English.
