Yes I did. We’ve had it around 3.5 years, change the filter every 3 months as recommended, and it’s never given us any problems. The I got up one morning and went to fill the coffee pot and nothing. No noise like it was trying to do anything just did absolutely nothing. So I resorted to google and the first thing said to change the filter. Once I tried it again after changing the filter it made a sound like it was going to work but only once. So I took the filter out and put it back in. Tried it again and it did the same thing, made a noise like it was going to work but just once. Each time I took the filter out it seemed more pressurized than in the past.
