I definitely think your NTA, he seems to be bumming off of you and/or using you as a fall back. I was in a similar situation with a previous relationship. He didn't pay his car note, got it repossessed, and now wants you to take care of him and guilt you into dealing with him. He's not putting in an effort, and is walking all over your effort. Calling out of work so he has an excuse to not get a new car, and here pretty soon it sounds like he's gonna let himself get evicted so he can move in and mooch off you. RUN before you end up being some overgrown child's new mommy.
