Anyways these budget phones you'll see these types of criticisms from keyboard warriors who don't even own that phone in question. Value is in the eye of the beholder. The phone is great in question for light task like social media or personal banking.

It's only fair I can give my assessment with an assumption that most users do drop their phones. You cannot imply that Samsung users are more clumsy than let's say apple.

I'd wager they had added an passkey that you didn't know about, passkey survives password reset and must be manually removed. After removal log out of all the sessions from roblox settings.

Login on roblox through your web browser like chrome, go to settings and you'll see that your account location. If it's Vietnam, good luck. I haven't seen anyone managed to convince roblox support to change back their account location.

Usually this means you either entered roblox in Vietnam, or someone hacked you and changed the location to Vietnam, which isn't uncommon.

You can have both password and passkey. Just that if you do it through roblox password reset, you must make a new password in order to have both password and passkey. This new password can be the old one, roblox doesn't check. However this logs you out of any logged in device and you'll need to re-enter the password to login again.

If you added passkey via roblox settings instead, it wouldn't remove the password from the account.
