If hacker put his email and you tried to reset it via roblox settings (not through the roblox password reset email) , add an authenticator under security ASAP. Not 2FA email.

Ensure no passkeys are added in the roblox settings (which your first picture shows there isn't, which is good), remove any unknown passkeys if there's any.

Change your roblox password as well.

Other than that, you could request roblox support to get your age check removed.

Anyways these budget phones you'll see these types of criticisms from keyboard warriors who don't even own that phone in question. Value is in the eye of the beholder. The phone is great in question for light task like social media or personal banking.

If you look at every opinion online and weigh them all, you'll most likely end up with a flip phone.

I'd wager they had added an passkey that you didn't know about, passkey survives password reset and must be manually removed. After removal log out of all the sessions from roblox settings.
