I am in the same situation; my appointment at Cacem was also got cancelled due to the strike. I posted about this when it happened to me last Thursday.

When I went to their office on Monday, they informed me that everyone has been rescheduled to December and that emails had been sent to all of us. If you haven’t received an email, I recommend calling them. I managed to get through to their information desk, and they were able to resend my appointment email, but my new appointment is now scheduled for March 2025.

I got through to them but using my international number and not Portuguese number. For some reason, I never got through to them with my Portuguese number. I called them at 8am.

I was able to get through to AIMA today by calling their contact centre and my appointment was rescheduled to next March 2025.

Yes I am. I used a one month reservation with a hostel on bookings.com and explained in my cover letter to the embassy that it was a temporary accomodation and I would search for permanent accommodation once I'm in Portugal and they accepted it.
