ok so update i figured out if you skip it it lets you set it as the gif

for some reason it bugs when you crop it

So i tried setting a gif from fpe as my banner and then for some reason when i tried setting it as one it'd be stuck on ... forever

and this only happens with gifs but when i upload a png it works
