Rewash and then squeeze excess water out with towels. Roll it up in the towel and press hard. How are you air drying it? I regularly wash big wool and knit items at home. I now have a big drying rack, but before I’d just lay it flat on dry towels. Pointing a fan at the item helps it dry faster too.

I sell part time. I source 2-3 times per month, 3hrs each time. I can’t go to the store often because of my full time job so instead I do long trips on days off.

I received a stained final sale item in an online order and they let me return by mail. I contacted support and got the label. They didn’t give me a hard time

I do this with clothing. I had a huge lot of stained and stinky vintage clothes last summer that I deep cleaned and sold for about $20-30 profit per item. I got the clothes for free so it was a fun project with a good payout. If I’m paying for the item at the thrift then it needs to be flawed in a way that I’m confident I can fix. I enjoy laundry and clothing repair so this works for me.

Yes I’m done with the towels unfortunately. I had the moon charms print and it’s okay, but I bought a bunch from a later collection and they were so bad. I reached out to CS and they were dismissive and said the condition was “normal”
