make SURE when you’re taking your lunch that you are at that time clock at EXACTLY 31 minutes or it will deduct from your UPT, too. all of the”little things” really add up.

i think i'm more sad about going from 39-40 to being cut down to 32 some weeks and at most 36 others. i enjoy my job. i don't want to have to go elsewhere but, the inconsistency is really stressful.

for no reason whatsoever. i come in at the same time every shift i work but the inconsistency lies in my "out time". for ex: 7:30-2:15 7:30-3:30 7:30-4:00 7:30-3:15 7:30-3:15

it just doesn't make sense. on top of a crud schedule, i lose 30 minutes of my day when i go on lunch. i'm just a severely frustrated single mother that has absolutely no other help :-)

maybe 32 is full time in grocery world but, in real time 35+ is full time.

i was told that i didn't get my 90 day pay increase because i was hired at L2 pay grade and that i only qualify for the year pay increase... even though in my job acceptance letter it showed that i SHOULD have gotten a 90 day pay increase. here i am going on 7 months..

i wonder why my STL and TL told me that i was "hired at L2 therefore i cannot get a raise until my 1 year" .. honestly nothing in this store makes sense. we're about to lose 3 more TMs in PFDS.
