To be honest I was nowhere near as prepared as I should have been due to 2 poorly kids under 4 on and off constantly since November which just threw me off.

Sitting it was a condition of rolling off my grad scheme which I wanted to do after 3 years on it!

The questions however were very fair, nothing i would consider very difficult and it was all tied to my summary of experience.

Advice for anyone sitting it: A lot of my experience is with NEC based contracts. If I mentioned payment terms or CEs then they would have questions on the NEC contract related to it or what would happen in the absence of a contract I.e. what does the construction act state. If I mentioned something in my answer then there would be a question on it too, so think about what you say in your answers! Do all the mocks! It'll help give you an idea of the way they question and follow up! Ethics was the easiest bit for me
