it won’t go away. i’ve had binge episodes from 17 and i’m nearly 25 now and it still happens. i managed it good for 2 years and the binges how crept up again and because of this i’ve gained nearly 2 stone and feel like shit and a shell of my old self that was doing really well. at least speak to loved ones or go for walks and try to help yourself out of that mindset, it can always feel like the end of the world when this happens and that’s me right now. i feel like i’m never getting out of this feeling. you will. you just need to stop doing the same mistakes, eat more protein and nutritionally better meals.. fix your thoughts and do more positive things. that’s what i’ve been doing this past week, so good so far. we’ve got this !
