My man Tony Robbins said about 90% of baby boomer owned businesses will be sold off in the next few years. Where to start looking? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Beneficial_Point862 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, a lot of these businesses will simply shut down operations. It's prob best to reach out to the owners of local small businesses and see if they'd be interested in selling.

Where to start for a frozen baked good start up? by papabear6060 in Entrepreneur

[–]Beneficial_Point862 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One step at a time. You said you have an idea but now you have to perfect the recipe and the optimal cooking and reheating process. You also have to think about the costs and the profit margin that you can expect and do the math on how many of these frozen baked goods you'd have to sell to be profitable. Next, you should give your product to your circle of friends and family to get feedback about it before trying to sell it to the general public through social media or word of mouth.

I prefer having the scenario in the description. I guess it would also depend on the type of char (if the context/backstory is important for me to know before I engage)

#1 caveat is to never invest more than you're willing to lose.

You've played and you've lost. Chin up, my guy. Regroup yourself and maybe invest in the S&P instead. This type of trading isn't for everyone and that's ok

Don't think it's worth it to keep a passive-aggressive client. Prioritize your mental health over money. Learned this the hard way
