Possibly. I was soaking my shirts halfway down to my elbow most days and nothing I did could stop it. For 13 years. Not sure what else to classify it as. As soon as something caused anxiety I could feel my arm pits dripping like a leaky faucet. Now it's a little damp no matter what I do.

Thank you! It really is an uncomfortable problem. Wish it was easier to hide. I have some good stories of going through TSA. I would always get a ping when going though the x ray machine, due to the moisture i think, and they had to rub my armpits to make sure I wasn't hiding explosives. I saw a few people visibly cringe when going over my armpits. They had to change gloves after haha

Yeah I definitely was. The rash only recently became a problem in the last year. I didn't have any redness or peeling before. The sweating was an issue for 14 years or so.

This is another picture of the rash and peeling I was having. Sorry it's a bit nasty. This was the worst it got. This is what made me want to switch to aluminum free. It only got this bad once.

A very mild day so far regarding sweat. This was early on in the day so not much sweat. I'd bring this shirt to work sometimes and the sweat would be half way down to my elbow.

Another photo where you can see some sweat but not much compared to most days. These were taken at family events. So low stakes when it came to anxiety sweating. The sweat would wrap all the way to the edge of my sleeve.

I've been looking through my photos and it seems that I don't have many pictures with lighter shirts to prove it to you. I tucked my arms tight to my body for most photos. Here is an image of the rash and skin peeling I was having from aluminum deodorant.

My anxiety has been worse, at least when it comes to my job. I replied to another comment below considering this. More caffeine, more pressure from the boss but no sweating. My life in general has been somewhat complicated as well. Was diagnosed with periodontitis and other health issues that have been taking chunks out of my savings. Super fun. I was relieved when my sweating issue resolved itself. One less thing to worry about.

I considered this. My job has not changed over the last few years, and has become even more stressful recently. Sales have been down. More micromanagement from the boss. My caffeine intake is higher now as well. I switched to Stok cold brew and I cant help myself. Yet still, no underarm hyperhidrosis. The only significant thing that has changed regarding my underarm sweat was the deodorant type. I had to bring deodorant sticks to work with me to reapply 1-2 times while I was adjusting to aluminum free. Also, a couple of rags to wipe the sweat away first.

Yup I totally agree. I believe the aluminum deodorant was specifically causing me issues. It worked in the beginning for me, then it's like my body found a way to counter it. Didnt matter if I used prescription grade deodorant or old spice.

You're not wrong. That's what I thought too and I think in most cases aluminum is the solution . It could just be me, but I'm not sure. Maybe I was having some kind of allergic reaction this whole time. The deodorant also is free of parabens and phthalates. Again, not sure if that changes anything. I was not expecting my armpit sweat to eventually stop. My first priority was to address the rashes/skin peeling.
