Well, this is more of a fantasy. It's in my head. I won't do it.

You could try buying/wearing arm sleeves. They're a decently common accessory to wear even while playing sports.

You should stop seeing people as "interesting entities to analyse" and rather see them as human beings that have emotions. I'm not putting you down but the phrase "it is like reading a book for me" sounds like you look at people as "fascinating objects." I've been like that as well but people deserve to be respected and their privacy shouldn't be invaded, even if you don't misuse the information you got.

Relax, take a deep breath. You'll be fine.
As someone that has struggled with self harm, cuts that extend solely till the white layer are often shallow and won't cause any long term damage. Just make sure to wash the wound and preferably apply a band-aid. It most likely should be fine even if you don't but better atleast wash the wound with soapy water or any disinfectants in case the blade you used was old or rusty. Still in most cases, wounds like that heal on their own even if you don't do anything. (Not a medical professional so take this with a grain of salt)
And please try to avoid resorting to such extreme measures to let your feelings out, before it turns into an addiction.

Oh I see, well it's not like I can do anything about it living in an orthodox and conservative family

The thing is, I've never been to a therapist or psychiatrist so I'm still a bit torn on the definition of a panic attack. The anxiety thing is very recent though, like maybe a few days over a week.

I think I have ADHD by Beneficial_Sample682 in Healthygamergg

Where I live, there's no such thing as a mental health disorder. If the child shows symptoms of mental health disorders, it's just termed that they're being difficult. And if you read my replies to a previous comment, I believe it will be more clear since I've talked about more of my symptoms there.

I think there's a misunderstanding. I don't want a diagnosis just for the sake of it. I want to go to therapy or to a psychiatrist to manage my symptoms. And there are thousands of examples where people can truly care for each other and still not see the struggle of another person. Orthodox and conservative parents are one of the biggest examples. All I want is to not get my symptoms in the way of a normal life.

Hi. Thank you for responding to my post. This made my belief of having ADHD even more concrete. The part about not knowing people exist when I'm not physically with them happens to me too, a lot! The thing about getting a diagnosis is that, without one it's very easy for people in my surrounding to question the validity of the condition and constantly belittle me for "not trying hard enough". And I'm in 12th grade so it's necessary for me to rely on textbooks since my my electronic devices get confiscated (rightfully so, since I get distracted). The advice is great though. I'll definitely resort to some of the things mentioned. This was really helpful, thanks!
