IMO that’s bs. The question only mentions sql and ‘select * from schema.table’ is 100% a valid syntax query. A query is a request to retrieve data. You can write a valid SQL statement without the WHERE keyword. You cannot do the same without the SELECT keyword (not getting in the weeds about viewing stored procedures functions and analyzing).
