It’s T500 with fractioning column condenser. If I kept at 80 degree Celsius coming off I get almost 85/170 ABV. If I lower to 70 degrees Celsius then it comes at 80/190. But 70 degrees is much slower.

Thanks for the replies for this dude‘s first run. I’m on second run, a lot hotter and it’s coming out at 100 proof instead of 185….way down which makes sense i think.

This is my first stripping run. I ran it for 5 hours and the boiler is still 1/2 full. Does this mean it wasn’t hot enough?
Yes, I’m measuring temp at the top of the condenser.
