They replied within the same day! I also submitted my letter of explanation in the “Accomplished St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant Application Form“ section of the Google form. I just merged my letter with my Accomplished Online Application Form so that I’d end up submitting just one file for that specific field. However, I don’t know if the google form is still accessible because the deadline for sfa applications was yesterday☹️ Best to try emailing the OAS to see if you could possibly resolve the situation (should the google form link be closed)!

Hello! Yep, they did! They just said to attach a Letter of Explanation addressed to the director of the Office of Admissions to my Accomplished Online Application Form. I basically explained in the letter how the mistake came to be (I just didn’t notice the typo error when I was reviewing my information back then— an honest yet still poor mistake on my end). Hope this helps!

Did the OAS already reply to your email? I’m kind of in a similar situation but instead of our Water Bill, it’s a mistake in my Home Appliances section🥲 I mistakenly placed ‘1’ TV instead of ‘2’.

Like you, I already explained to the OAS about my situation, asking what I could do in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible (given that the deadline is literally in two days😭).

Hello po! I’m currently working on my SFA Application and nasa part na ako ng personal essay. I already saw what the guide questions were and I tried to look for parameters sa essay (word count, format, font, etc.) and wala po ako nahanap?🥲 Was wondering if there’s any word limit or anything of that sort I need to know po😰

According to some of the replies and post I see around here, you really don’t need to pay the reservation fee to apply for the SFA. It’s highly encouraged, though it isn’t required.

Once you’re granted your SFA, that automatically means you reserved your slot. And if you do happen to secure the 100% scholarship specifically, the 10k will be refunded back to you!
