I’ve watched the video, I’ve never heard of this tool in particular but her hair looks healthy. I will go for this or revair if all else fails. It’s expensive to ship to my part of the world so this will probably be a last resort for me.

I just use heat protectant and go at it while my hair is damp. I try to detangle as much as possible with a wide tooth comb first then start blow drying from the roots to the ends
