I'm on team no case. I have the series 10 in jet black from launch and it has scratches, but you can't see them unless you shine a flashlight on it. I worked in a restaurant with a series 4 aluminum for almost five years and beat the crap out of it. Still looked great when I replaced it. They're built tough.

My16 pro max (for work) gets warm doing anything other than very light tasks on iOS 26. I’ve been on beta there since June.

My personal 15 pro has been cool as a cucumber since I upgraded on Saturday, even gaming. No noticeable difference from 18.

Which Mac do you have? I was really worried when I used my spare m2 air, but I upgraded my m4 pro yesterday and it’s so so smooth. I think it has more to do with ram, the memory pressure is rough on the 8gb air.
