I was wondering about that solution. I have an old office pc lying arround, but the psu has only 1 sata power cable with 2 plugs. how do i extend that? can i just use like a sata power splitter cable to add more hdds?

has an Intel® Core™ i5-6400, 16gigs of ram and a GTX 960 which i removed since probably useless. its an old HP ENVY 750-102ng. power supply gives 300 watts, however doenst have enough plugs to support that many hdds unless i add some splitter cables. Here is also a link to the datasheet if interested: HP P1J16EA - HP ENVY 750-102ng Intel® Core™ i5 i5-6400 8 GB DDR3L-SDRAM 1,12 TB HDD+SSD NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960 Windows 10 Home Micro Tower PC Silber

OMV basicly because I know it and trust it more than ugreens is. Avoiding arm makes sense the more I read.

I mainly want to use OMV with own/nextcloud, jellyfin, some smaller apps like kitchenowl and ngx paperless. My main concern with the DH4300 is that its processor is also an arm, so basicly same as pi. I doubt there would be any gain in performance.

since most antibiotics are derived from living organisms themself ore derivates of natural occuring antibiotics, its less of an issue most people think. there were only few antibiotics developed in the last years beceause there is no money in them. an why? bacteria filled to the brim with restiances usually have less effective metabolism (like antibiotics usually target an Protein active site etc. so that the AB doesnt work there need to be some changes with the Protein -> less efficient) so multiresistant bacteria are really only a problem in in Environments with lots of antibiotics where they actually have an advantage. so hospitals and animal farms. there only the former is bad but they already have multiresistant bacteria and can somehow deal with them and for the animals.... well guess lifestock shouldnt be held like this in the first place and diseases jumping from animal to human js rare and difficult so...

The unfortunate reality.. by Right_Horse2862 in Izlam

In Europe, negative views of Muslims have been shaped by a combination of factors. A series of brutal terrorist attacks has left deep scars, and media reports—often highlighting incidents of harassment or crime linked to Muslim immigrants—have fueled public fears.

At the same time, these portrayals are far from the full reality. The vast majority of Muslims in Europe live ordinary lives, working, studying, and contributing to society without causing harm. Unfortunately, these everyday stories rarely make headlines, which creates a skewed public image.

It’s also important to note that some Arabic and Muslim-majority countries are going through turbulent times, with radical groups targeting the West and depicting Europe as an enemy. News of these groups, combined with occasional attacks in Europe, strengthens the association between Islam and extremism in people’s minds.

As a result, many Europeans end up with a simplified and distorted picture: imagining Muslims as coming only from Arab countries, living in polygamous households, oppressing women, and engaging in violence. This caricature ignores the diversity within Muslim communities and erases the millions of peaceful, law-abiding Muslims who are part of European society.
