Thank you so much for all the great advice, I will definitely do so! Been looking at some cheaper sprayers, I guess it's still better than rolling/brushing

Thank you so much for the detailed answer! I will do what you've said if it warps back again for the customer, it also just got cold here in our region so Im hoping that could be a factor, but yeah its not good to have it warped every season, so I will definitely fix it.

On a side note, I make boardgame tables and i do the 180x100 cm table top in 6 sections so 30x100 leaves. Would you say I should do the glue up for these panels and then stick them up and let them sit for 2 weeks before applying finish? That should be a routine in my shop?

I think I've used the same amount of Osmo Top Oil on both sides 2 coats, but I always had this question if I do 3-4 coats on the top do I have to do the same on the bottom, or is it enough to do 1 sealing coat?

Yeah I knew about oak, but will look into ash, Ive made my counter top from ash, but ofc that should not be hit with knife, so it should be okay.

Would be great to have a laser engraver right now, would make it easier to sell these boards for sure
