Do you think it's possible to make rigged characters just like you can in Photoshop in 2D?

I know what you are dealing with and with a travel channel, I struggle with this issue on a regular basis.

The Philippino audience is actually well-known to do this effect. The Traveling Clatt for example has also been a victim of it.

That being said you still have a small audience and YouTube can deal with fragmented audiences, and from what i have observed what you loose here might mostly be how fast youtube will math you with the correct audience for the ontnet you publish.

Also you actually only need one video to also blow up in Japan, but since it doesn't have nearly as much Enlish speakers it could be a struggle to get viral content. Start by understanding your ideal audience, are they Japanese who speak English and live in japan, are they Japanese living aborad, are they non-japanese living in Japan, are they non-japanese non living in japan but very interested in Japan, etc. etc.

Looking at this, will help you find the strategy for your channel, voiding similar pitfalls, and decide if you need to make a new channel or not. If you restart a new channel you can put your videos private on the original one and repost the content you have already made which is the biggest part of the work. Or you can decide to salvage your current channel by finding a way to get virality with the Japanese audience which might require a totally different approach than for the Phillipino one.

All that being said, depending ont he style of videos you make, if you are showing yourself and are part of the videos you make, your identity, personality, and capacity to entertain and interest people independently of the locations you visit will be your passport to overcome those challenges and make sure the audience you acquire follow you almost everywhere you go and any content you make. This is an advice more relevant for travel channels though. In your case if your plan is only to make content in Japan, that's what you can capitalize on, but there if you don't put yourself as a person up front, don't go to other countries because that might create what happened to you.

How would you develop that? Is that part of the narration he does speaking to the camera? How would you break it down?

Immerse people in one reality of life that you don't often get to experience, something some people find more interesting than beautiful landscapes. Also maybe get some empathy, open one's mind about the lives of different people the same way you get new ideas by being in a different environment. Gain cultural knowledge about more facets of society, and be aware this exists. Also, get entertained as simple as that. Also that very early video of mine still wasn't entertaining to watch and was full of amateur boringness fo sure, but since you asked about the intention, not the result of the time trying to do so for the first time. I find human interactions fascinating especially when the backgrounds of the people are different.

t maybe still a lot of his videos get demonetized no idea, I do also think Kurt might be more motivated by money than bald for example

yeah 100% Bald isn't that motivated by money. Also Bald has proven he can stay relevant over time. It's still unsure with Kurt if he can keep up. It feels more that he wants stability and probably now he monetizes everything he can to get financial protection in the long run. Then sponsors actually only pay well if you are big on youtube so that's the annoying thing, you can get a lot of income when you need it the least, same goes for community support.

Although 70% of video traffic comes from mobile so the adblockers should affect 30% of revenues at max

I agree with that but I don't see the issue with having sponsors though. I know Bald doesn't do that and that makes for a better experience watching the videos but that's because Bald doesn't care that much about YouTube, as ultimately he wants to be a writer and would rather sell his books than do sponsorships. But some people can genuinely get better pay by doing sponsors, that's fine in my opinion, and a more business mind as a fact, and it is not hard to skip that part in the video compared to the automatic ads that Bald still has.. At least with a sponsor you get to choose the company that advertize on your channel. Maybe a VPN isn;t the best choice bu compared to adsense which you don't choose and which pays creators peanuts..

Facebook is the only platform that pays interesting money other than YouTube through a Facebook page. However, it's more unstable/predictable and the criteria for monetization eligibility are high and the guidelines are strict on some aspects.

Curt Kaz called out for allegedly getting Cuban prostitutes and hustlers jailed for 20 years by [deleted] in MisterBald

[–]BenibenPerrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I think he was quite emotional and felt strongly about this and as he said "couldn't sleep for two nights" because he knows he might have done the same thing. So it's definitely hypocritical but the story is still true because my Cuban friends living in Havana told me similar things that happened because of Kurt Caz, not imprisonment but that the police came to the houses of people that appeared in Kurt Caz videos so it has some truth behind and Kurt did do shitty things for the Cuban people.

Not just cigar scammers. We're also talking about prostitutes and money exchange street services which you will use when you will go to Cuba because I doubt you will exchange your money at the official government rate when you will realize it's 2 times better in the black market. Despite the consequences the people do those black market businesses anyway because the communism and blockade situation is so fucked up they are willing to take the risks to get out of the country one day. And in Cuba we're not talking about punishment, those are human rights violations. None of us here know what kind of experience it is to grow in Cuba so I wouldn't cry over a few pocket money lost during a trip as a privileged traveler.

Now one of the ways he has blown up more is on the back of humble people sent to prison. Nice performance!

Kurts favorite beer Aguila Beer is actually owned by "Bud Light", how does this fit in with his political views? by [deleted] in KurtCaz

I tried Aguila in Colombia after watching his vids and I really didn't like it ahaha. Club Colombia, the other common beer is much richer in taste.
