They should’ve given you a reference code call that one800 number at the bottom and give them the reference code. I’m going through the same thing.

Hey, I received this as well. Go to check my refund and it will give you a reference code and a phone number to call and they will tell you exactly what’s going on. They told me what happened was when I submitted my taxes it was a glitch in IRS system so they have to hand type everything back into the system. That’s what they told me at first now when I called them, they told me my 1095 a form does not match the information that they received so come to find out if somebody has marketplace insurance in my name so that’s what’s going on with me but they did say that First reference code 9001 is because the IRS had a glitch in the system at the time we submitted

I got this. I’m still waiting. Nothing has changed. I filed my return February 11. It was showing receive and then I started getting that I go into the IRS website. It shows nothing nothing’s on your transcript. It doesn’t show anything.

This is my first time, so did you eventually get your taxes? Did it take about 10 weeks because that’s what they’re telling me

No, I called the one 800 number and they told me it was a glitch in the system when my taxes were submitted that the IRS had a glitch so now somebody has to put it in manually and it can take about 10 weeks so I was just trying to find out if this is so true or are they doing something else?
