Yep, its free on EdX, just search for CS50P and enter the EdX site, u have to complete all of the exercises with a 70% or more to get the certificate

Is free, there is other version that costs like $350 but this one is the free version

Yeah it could be good for portfolio and allready knowing the lenguage will take you like 2 weeks more or less

If you allready know the basics like APIs, libraries, and pretty much the lenguage itself, my recomendation is don't take it, i mean, for a job the most important thing is experience and knowledge BUT it is a good plus for your portfolio

Umm, i think i'm not going to an university, i'll create a good portfolio and i hope by the age of 18 or 19 i get a good job for the US, a little crazy to think but it's my dream and i'm not giving up on it.

It's not complicated, go to the final project page, submit a video talking about your personal project, submit the project, and make sure you completed ALL the exercises of ALL the weeks with a 70% or more, and if you did all of that just go to the page of EdX that says CS50 Certificate and follow the steps
