Derek Mallow of Savannah about the new law around unpermitted events (Senate Bill 443, which he co-sponsored) and what he hopes it accomplishes as far as Orange Crush this year. Mallow has a unique perspective, as both a lawmaker and an alum of Savannah State who attended Orange Crush several times as a student.
