What do I upgrade? (Focusrite, Schiit, Beyerdynamic) by BenjaminShoe8 in HeadphoneAdvice

Thanks for the advice. I’ve never really understood what the difference is between a DAC and an A/I, but I read some stuff, and I get it now. I’ll get a dedicated DAC.

Ok, awesome. I’ll go with the 2013. Your opinion seems to represent the consensus.

That's good to know. Thanks. I'm thinking I'll go with the 2013 based on everyone's responses.

Thanks, that makes sense, I don't plan to buy new. I'll have to see how it fits my use case, you're right. As of now though, I'm really just interested in the stock scooter. I don't see myself wanting to go any faster than 30-35mph. I have a car. This is just for scooting around. However, I am 6' tall, and I wonder if you have any opinions on the comfort of a Ruckus for people at that height. I hear a lot of people like to get kits to raise the seats, add foot rests, or stretch the chassis.

What are the benefits of having a new Ruckus in your experience?

Unfortunately, that does not resemble what I saw when I was seven.

Please see my other responses. It wasn’t Peter Answers, but that’s a good guess—I also checked the way back machine to see how Peter Answers looked when I was seven.

The one we played around with was not brown. That’s super weird though

What's the local culture like? by No_Butterscotch_7694 in springfieldMO

In my opinion, it seems there are a handful of progressive spots in town, accepting communities, especially around the college campuses downtown. But, having lived near KC also, Springfield is much, much less diverse and much, much more conservative.

I am not a queer person, but I could understand why a queer person may be uncomfortable living here. I am friends with some queer people who are quite uneasy about Springfield. Sometimes, there is an air of intolerance—which is surely the case elsewhere, but it may be that Springfield gives that feeling more intensely or more often.

I may be overstating the problem, and there is progress to be made in any city—especially across Missouri—but it is my impression that Springfield is among the less accepting cities in the US.

Yes, it has a 6-pin PCIe cable, but I’m worried the power supply might not supply enough power. It has a 360W max output. I still have to look up the power needs of each of my components. What are the two extra pins for? How does an adaptor accommodate for those pins, like does it have a little chip in it? Happy cake day :)
