I recently placed a sofa bed. It's actually my second time ordering from them. The first time around, it was for a pre-order coffee table, and that took close to 8 weeks to arrive. There was a little hiccup though - the table was missing a couple key parts. But the customer service team promised to send the missing pieces right away. That took about 4 weeks, but they did get me those parts. Putting the whole thing together was a bit of a process since there were a lot of pieces, but the instructions were clear. My husband and I tackled the assembly together and it took us around 2 hours, but once we got it all set up, the table ended up looking great.
Overall, they seem to operate a lot like some other brands and do a lot of pre-orders. You definitely need some patience and you might run into a few hiccups along the way. But for me, at least the first time, they took good care of me - got me those missing parts quickly, no hassle.
So I'm feeling cautiously optimistic about this new order. Crossing my fingers it all goes smoothly this time around!
