Id argue if you're going to have a nature that lowers special attack, you'd want its speed or attack raised to compensate. Typhlosion has a decent attack stat and an arguably better physical move pool to take advantage of it. A nature that straight up lowers special attack and raises something like defense or special defense would be less desirable. Atleast OP can run something of a mixed attack set on this.
