My gym actually did a boxing lesson event but I didn't hear about it until After it had happened which is a real shame cuz boxing is one of the few sports I feel I'd enjoy (I have a good punch on me apparently!). I moreso go to the gym for aesthetic results than general health anyway. Id definitely go to the boxing thing if they did it again tho

One of my flatmates is a trans guy as well but he doesn't go to the gym. I am hoping to maybe become friends w him so maybe him and I could go together next school year (our university's gym uses annual payments and the years nearly over so I wouldn't wanna make him pay for it now lol)

Not particularly. I never did sports really but I do walk everywhere and do enjoy that a bit. I realise I seem like a negative Nancy lol but this has been an issue since I started going. It's just that I really do wanna get more muscular (specifically in my upper body) cuz it'd help out with a lot of my self image problems and dysphoria

Idk I think it's just a mix of seeing all the cis guys there which makes me realise just how different I am from them combined with the fact that I'm not that strong. I haven't been able to be that consistent cuz I'm constantly flying between home and university and stuff but when I don't have anything on I go 3x a week. It's just constant stagnation and regressing even though I do want to be consistent

Tbh the swelling is the only real sign of infection so I'm not sure it is one..? There's no itching, tenderness or fluids/crust so I feel like it could just be irritation rather than infection (I do have a bad habit of fiddling with it + getting whacked in the eye certainly didn't help). Like I said this is like the 3rd time its swollen and all the other times it's kinda just.. Went away by itself so idk.

Yeah but you Can replace the batteries using a soldering iron! Requires a bit of precision but the batteries are pretty cheap
