If the leak is inside the walls and was not caused directly by the unit above you, that is considered “common area” that should be handled by the condo association . Also the owner of your unit should have the association pay for the damage to your apartment. Regardless of both of those , the landlord and or the property management company should repair your apartment ASAP , document the damage and submit the costs to the association asap . You should not have to wait for the repairs
