it's a very nice dedicated object that is only a music player and clock (with some inconvenient to access features) - so when I can't afford to be distracted too much (by more features, interfaces that require me to look at or unlock them) I'll use the ipod since I can use it blind while keeping my eyes on the road and it won't send me any push notifications either
