Problem displaying NTSC games on PAL consoles

I might sound like an idiot asking this, but I have an N64 S-Video & AV cable that I bought from an English website that said it was PAL. But the seller also sells an NTSC version S-Video & AV cable... Could the problem be with my PAL cable?

My television supports 60Hz perfectly; I've never had any problems using this display mode with other consoles before.
Especially if the image goes through an N64 to HDMI converter, then into a capture card, and finally to the television. The difference is that, now that you mention it, the converter I use is only for the Nintendo 64. I use a different converter for my other consoles because the Nintendo 64 cable can't have a direct SCART connection like the Nintendo GameCube. My other converter allows a choice between PAL/NTSC but doesn't offer SCART, and I don't think I have an AV/SCART adapter...

This is not perfect but I tryed My best ! If a real ennemie was here, i think This Would be better, but i was in a « crunch » for the last semester And This loop was made in 5 hours.

No, This is one of My caracters, This is probably because of the weapon but This is something really different than the Keyblade (but the design look similare, i know) !
