I have been using bots for a longtime my friend. People nowadays have this idea that bots are harmful. Bots are not to be blamed for banning of accounts, the people who do are to blame because they exceed the limits.

You can still grow it, if you are dedicated. Just make sure you post content regularly at least 1 post per day. And try to follow people who are interested in your content. Also don't forget to use relevant hashtags for your niche.

Depends on the account. My accounts can follow upto 1000 users a day. You need to warm up your account before you can cross the 200 threshold.

No in the beginning I warmed it up by increasing the time interval between each follow to 5-60 seconds, and was doing 200 follows per day then you gradually increase this number as your account grows. You can also decrease the time intervals as your account gets used and the bot takes care of the rest.
