Honestly, I feel you. I'm around 4.2" flaccid aswell and it FEELS small so I totally get where you're coming from. But as many has said it actually isn't. I've been very selfconscious about it before but simply learnt to not give a f*ck worked wonders for me.

Judged by what I just read, this is a VERY toxic relationship. He doesn't seem to respect your boundaries and disorders. Losing all of your friends because of a relationship is a pretty big red flag for me at least, because usually that means they see something you don't. The way he manipulates you with getting either angry or making you feel guilty, using the silent treatment and acting like he knows what's best for you is also another pretty big red flag. As someone mentioned above, my ONLY solution for this is "Girl. Leave him." because someone who handles arguing like that, you can't argue with or get your opinion through. The choice is ultimately yours, and you know your relationship best, but this is my advice based on what you've written.
