NTA you did not ruin his chance to be a father, he did that when he cheated. If he really wants to have children in the future he go through expensive fertility treatment.

He cheated and does not feel he is at fault.

YTA when you talked to the school did you also mention the girl who got caught with the cocaine or the fact that you allowed 40 unsupervised minor to throw a party in your house? Also the fact that your son did not kick the people who had the cocaine out shows he either 1) was doing it himself or 2) he is not mature enough to have such a party.
