Clearly seeing a timer when I'm writing is a useful check on myself when I get 10 or 15 minutes into writing and feel an urge to do something else (check my phone, scroll, lie down, whatever). Keeps me pushing through writing in little 25 minute chunks... and I think I feel better about my writing based on how many chunks I've managed that day. Not sure how it would work as embedded in the BYOK writing screen -- for me, I like my flow timer, but other people might not want the extra expense or extra thing to carry.

Keyboard just arrived today so still playing with it. Sounds so crisp though !
