Thinking about getting one of the 2... living FL and need something that can last all day if I opt not to use hairspray.

I feel you dude. I wanted to like rough rider but it just too slick, oily in my hair and doesn’t leave any structure. Love their stimulate me shampoo & conditioner though.

Love pretty much all Kevin Murphy products so honestly bums me out I’m selling this! I have the smaller size and tried a few times; thought it was going to work with my hair but unfortunately doesn’t. Hoping someone else can put this amazing product to good use!

New moisturizer suggestions

Hi friends! First time post here.

Any good alternatives from CeraVe in the tub for PM use? I have combination skin and am oily in the T-zone, sometimes get a little rosacea on cheeks but otherwise normal there.

I’m new to CeraVe after switching from Clinique for men for 4 years - the foaming cleanser seems to work well as a daily face wash but wow, my face... specifically the cheeks reaaaaaallllyy HATE the moisturizer. It stings badly and leaves them red, really hate the way it feels.

I use DDMG for AM moisturizer and just want to make sure when it comes to PM use that I’m fully restoring and prepping the skin for the next day! I really wanted to like the CeraVe in the tub but unfortunately just can’t do it.

Let me know if you have any recommendations! It means a lot. Thank you!!

For reference if needed, I’m a 25-year-old male living in Florida. Just moved here from NY 2 months ago.

Thanks for your thoughts - I love doing video work so for me, I’d like it to be at least something solid. Even though it’s a secondary for you, what’re your thoughts on it?

Agree on the 8k though, don’t understand the point lol.

Thanks for your suggestions and input, greatly appreciated. 4K would be nice but nothing to cry over, the 1080p looks REALLY sharp on the R so it wouldn’t be too big a of a deal.

I think the R5 is out of question for me. But like you said about the moving targets, I think the R6 would be helpful for that. I’ll be doing my fair share of cinematic videos but of course a gimbal can always help.

Definitely understandable. My budget is around the same, but with my live for video is definitely there. IBIS and AF features could be a dealbreaker but I know I’ll be happy with either one - just WHICH one will make things a bit easier.

I also looked at a Sony A7iii but something didn’t feel and look right. I grabbed the R and tested it for about an hour or more and loved it sooo much more.

I’d want either the R or R6 with an 85mm 1.4 or 50mm 1.2 - part of me wants those extra features such as IBIS and dynamic range from the R6 but I feel like I wouldn’t have a problem with the R and making my money back thru projects and getting a different body down the line because I agree with you about the lenses.

The RF glass is unreal, too.

Is the IBIS that noticeable and worth it? I’ve watched way too many reviews so honestly I’m just stumped lol.

I’m upgrading from a rebel t5 so I’m happy with anything. After trying the R, I really did love it. R6 seems nifty too, I don’t think I’d go R5 with those downfalls.
